Located in Mt Cotton, Queensland we are a small team experienced across all aspects of design, manufacture, operation, maintenance and repairs of our propriety vacuum excavators. With first hand knowledge of vac-u-digga machines VES can claim to no peer in all the support services (parts, repairs, advice, service exchange, machine modifications for present and future owners of these machines.
Our machines are very simple, incorporating sound design features that former vac-u-digga customers have come to enjoy while improving the digging performance that to this day remain an industry leader in their class. VES machines are designed around one operator being able to efficiently and comfortably operate a full shift, hands on with the minimum of physical exertion whilst achieving industry leading productivity. New builds have even managed to be simplified further by boasting 50% fewer components without compromising productivity. By keeping the designs simple the formula to productivity is simple. VES recognises that by reducing components and complex control systems can only increase uptime and reduce operation expenditure.
The jack shaft system enables the blower, hydraulic and water pumps to be individually clutched for independent operation while in most cases being mounted below, top and/or on side of cab chassis. This feature provides much increased space between the trucks cab and the bowl of the unit to allow customers to custom build in this space from open trays to full lockup cabinets or side tipping trays to facilitate back fill capabilities.
Our team of experienced staff are always on hand to offer troubleshooting and advice to operators, supervisors, owners etc in the event that something comes up in the field. There is no gatekeeping to ensuring the machines old and new are out performing other vac truck designs out there.
Not limited to the requirements of older vac-u-digga units, VES boast full supply chain capabilities coupled with first hand knowledge of all machines, replacement parts and operational equipment are on hand to keep the performance of the machine and operators at its best.
